The staff were amazing, providing very nice customer service. The unique styling of the hotel, with its fine interior design and immaculate rooms, impressed us. The hotel's location was perfect, with many landmarks, restaurants, stores, and cultural spaces nearby.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this hotel was something special. the staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. the luxurious amenities, including the infinity pool and spa, made me feel like royalty. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking city views. the restaurant provided delicious meals with special diet menus available upon request. The location, near public transportation and numerous bars and restaurants, was extremely convenient. Cons: Although my overall experience was outstanding, I did have one minor issue with the shower in my room. the water pressure was low, which made showering take longer than expected.

This hotel provides a truly luxurious experience. the service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the Spa & wellness centre is a highlight, offering a variety of treatments, including full body massages and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool and sauna are both impeccably clean and the infinity pool is a must-visit. the sun loungers are comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the pool temperature - it would have been more enjoyable if it was slightly warmer. this hardly detracted from our overall experience at this hotel.

We had an very nice stay at Pan Pacific. The staff were great too make our wedding anniversary special, with really good service and attention to detail. The hotel exuded luxury and elegance, creating a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was beautiful and immaculate, providing a perfect escape. The pool facilities, including saunas and steam rooms, were a great addition to our evening relaxation. The overall Singapore influence throughout the hotel added a unique touch and attention to detail. We can't wait to return next year and continue making lasting memories at this special place.
